Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. Her Pro Card was granted a year later, when she was 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. One year later at 17 She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel had a six-year break from stage life after obtaining her Professional Card in order to finish her college studies. Her return to competition in 2015 continued her earlier efforts. In the past, she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show, she continued competing for a long time and establishing higher goals each year. At the close of 2009, she was awarded four additional fitness titles. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel spent her first six years of competition to get her college diploma. Then she returned in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. They placed her third at the contest. In summer 2016, she won first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, she walked onto the Olympia stage, and was awarded the 6th position in the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered, was delighted with the result. Ariel was competing against the best. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel prefers to concentrate upon her lower back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over rows using single-arm lat pull-downs. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the work outs. Ariel is also extremely efficient when it comes to time management. This is accomplished by making sure she is doing all the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this type of workout twice per week. One day would be lighter weight as well as the second heavier weight day.
